When you register, our Health Care Assistant will wish to see you to conduct a New Patient Medical.
We normally prefer you to see the same doctor as this ensures continuity of care.
When your own doctor is not available, you may be asked to see one of the partners.
You will be required to provide proof of address and identifictaion to register.
We are now able to offer on-line access for
a) Booking of appointment and cancellation
b) Repeat Prescriptions
c) Access to view your GP records, results, allergies, etc.
you will need to request a log in PIN from reception team, to enable you to go no line and register for the services.
